I am trying to understand what is causing this issue. Even after archiving and installing the app, it still crashes. According to the official documentation, Xcode 16 is supposed to support iOS 12, but this issue persists. I would like to know the possible reasons for this behavior.

I am developing a game that has 3 team members.
I can manually start up 3 simulators and run the game for developing/testing but seem like there should be a simple way to click build/run and have it launch on all three automatically.
Does anyone know how to do this or if its even possible without writing some scripts?

Mixed development of OC and Swift in XCode.
When I modify the swift file, the entire project will recompile instead of incrementally compiling.

Hi!
When I run my project on a real device (iPhone 15 Pro), I encounter the following error:
Build input file cannot be found: '/Users/Interexy/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/SinglePhotoBook-geecnphrjebsisdmhcyzlsefvphm/Build/Products/Debug-iphoneos/SinglePhotoBook.app/SinglePhotoBook'. Did you forget to declare this file as an output of a script phase or custom build rule which produces it?
How can I solve this? I've already reinstalled Pods and cleaned DerivedData a million times, but the issue persists.

I just started working with Flutter. I use a Macbook m2 and my phone is an iPhone XR. I made a very simple application but no matter what I did, I couldn't start my application on my iPhone XR. I got help from all the AIs but we couldn't do it. I deleted everything including Xcode, Android Studio and Flutter and reinstalled them and I followed the SDK installation step by step on the Flutter page but I can't run my project on Xcode. I entered my Apple account including all the signings and certificates via the .workspace file extension but it didn't work. The error I get from Xcode keeps changing. We installed podfiles with the support I got from the AIs and after some fiddling, I got the only error right now: Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code
I want to install the latest Xcode development software on my Mac, but the xip files won't open. I keep getting the following message:
There was a problem while reading the contents of "Xcode_15 xip":
Data is corrupted
I have tried several unarchiver packages, and keep getting this message. I have also downloaded several other Xcode versions with the same result. Any idea what is going on here and/or how to fix it?

To the team, I am totally trapped with my organisation subscription and am unable to renew my Apple developer licence because the autorenew option did not work. A preloaded debit card with the monthly fees is already attached, but it isn't working. We, as a large organisation, are completely stuck on this matter which will lead to a huge business impact
An Immediate assistance is appreciated, dear apple developer team
Hi,
I have been attempting enroll in Apple Developer program with my organization. As part of the enrollment process, legal authority must be approved by a member of my organization. We have attempted submitting the approvals a couple times with no success. Recently we had an error on screen saying %%USE_I18N_STRING_ERROR%% and Verification Unsuccessful.
Would you be able to check the status of my application and if there is anything we need to do for verification?
Thank you for your time and help!

I am trying to test this simulated Error.
The issue is, I can't get this to trigger through the simulatedError function.
Error will always end up as an unknown error
Example code snippet:
@available(iOS 17.0, *)
func testPurchase_InvalidQuantity() async throws {
// Arrange
testSession.clearTransactions()
testSession.resetToDefaultState()
let productID = "consumable_1"
try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase)
guard let product = await fetchProduct(identifier: productID) else {
XCTFail("Failed to fetch test product")
return
}
let option = Product.PurchaseOption.quantity(4)
let result = await manager.purchase(product: product, options: option)
switch result {
case .success:
XCTFail("Expected failure due to invalid quantity")
case .failure(let error):
print("Received error: \(error.localizedDescription)")
switch error {
case .purchaseError(let purchaseError):
XCTAssertEqual(purchaseError.code, StoreKitPurchaseError.invalidQuantity.code)
default:
XCTFail("Unexpected error: \(error)")
}
}
}
In the above code snippet, I have an Unexpected Error.
But if i remove try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase) I will receive a XCTFail in the success of my result.
So when I set the quantity to a -1, only then can I correctly receive an invalidQuantity.
Does anyone know why the try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase) would fail to work as directed? I have tests for all the generic errors for loadProducts API and the simulatedError works great for them

I am currently developing an Apple MDM solution as a vendor and have successfully obtained the Vendor Certificate from the Apple Developer Portal. However, when attempting to generate and upload the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) to the Apple Push Certificates Portal Portal Link. I encounter the error: "Invalid Certificate Signing Request."
I have followed the official Apple documentation outlined here, but the issue persists. Doc Link
Could you please guide me through the correct process to generate a valid CSR and successfully upload it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and support.

I have a swift project with a Watch companion.
Since the update of Xcode in 16.3 version after updating MAcOs , Watch OS, iOS to the latest version . It is quasi impossible for me to make Xcode work with my series 10 Watch. I have a lot of alert box, messages in the "device & Simulator" tool like this
Previous preparation error: A connection to this device could not be established.; Timed out while attempting to establish tunnel using negotiated network parameters.
And many message telling me that Xcode is preparing the Watch , then that it has lost the connexion.
I have to wait some minutes after EACH run of the App to test it again. This is very annoying .
Some of the alerts I have :
And the best to know , is that I can run the APP outside of Xcode , it works, Connects to the iPhone, fetch data and so. the iPhone sees the Watch without and problem.
Reboots can solve for a few minutes the problem. But that is not a solution.

I have been using Xcode 16.2 for a long time. I downloaded it from the developer site. I recently downloaded Xcode 16.3. I was offline on an airplane and I got an error authenticating my account. Since then, I have not been able to sign my apps. I was able to create a new app that worked but in my effort to resolve the problem, I deleted my account and now I cannot add it back. I was getting a "bad URL" error. Now I'm getting "Could not connect to the server." I sent an email to Apple Dev Support and they told me to download Xcode from the App Store. I did that and it gave me the same error. Is anyone else having this problem? If Apple Dev Support cannot resolve it, I don't know how I am going to.

Hello!
I'm trying to build my flutter app through xcode cloud, but im getting following error:
Command exited with non-zero exit-code: 65
Run command: 'xcodebuild archive -workspace /Volumes/workspace/repository/ios/Runner.xcworkspace -scheme Runner -destination generic/platform=iOS -archivePath /Volumes/workspace/build.xcarchive -derivedDataPath /Volumes/workspace/DerivedData -resultBundleVersion 3 -resultBundlePath /Volumes/workspace/resultbundle.xcresult -resultStreamPath /Volumes/workspace/tmp/resultBundleStream97053cd8-9db9-41c6-9dc8-a9fc142bacb6.json -IDEPostProgressNotifications=YES CODE_SIGN_IDENTITY=- AD_HOC_CODE_SIGNING_ALLOWED=YES CODE_SIGN_STYLE=Automatic DEVELOPMENT_TEAM={development_team_here} COMPILER_INDEX_STORE_ENABLE=NO -hideShellScriptEnvironment'
When i build locally, it works fine, tried both debug/release modes, but in the cloud archive fails.
Also have following message in xcode cloud:
`'Flutter/Flutter.h' file not found
GeneratedPluginRegistrant.h:10`
failed to emit precompiled header '/Volumes/workspace/DerivedData/Build/Intermediates.noindex/ArchiveIntermediates/Runner/PrecompiledHeaders/Runner-Bridging-Header-swift_2QGFV1FVTQX2Z-clang_IX5TH88559CY.pch' for bridging header '/Volumes/workspace/repository/ios/Runner/Runner-Bridging-Header.h'
Swift Package:
I have an old objc library, that is added as XCFramework to swift package as a binary target.
targets: [
.target(
name: "CoreServices",
dependencies: ["OldContainer"],
path: "CoreServices"
),
.binaryTarget(
name: "OldContainer",
path: "Frameworks/OldContainer.xcframework"
),
]
This serves the purpose, it builds fine and able to run on simulator. However this framework is breaking the Xcode previews.

Based on the error, SCSecureServicesFactory is an objc file inside the XCFramework. Since this is a binary target, I could not add a swift setting module map flag to the XCFramework.
Is there any workaround to get the previews working ? Or Am I blocked until the library is converted into swift ?

Hi,
I am able to build my iOS app successfully, developed in objective-C with iOS 17.5 SDK and Xcode 15.
Due to requirement of Appstore we are trying to build with iOS 18 SDK and Xcode 16.
When building getting error in LAEnvironmentState.h file:
a) "Property requires field to be named"
b) "Expected member name or ';' after declaration specifiers"
Same app when opening with Xcode 15 gets build without any issue.
Any help/suggestion would be appreciated.
Reposting (after a while) from the Swift forums - the build timeline for our project has a lot of weird gaps in the beginning - almost 15 seconds in total, which is quite a big chunk of the total build time. Is there any way to determine why they exist or how I could fix them? I hope it's just something hidden and not the build system literally doing nothing...
This is on Xcode 15.4.

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03.
I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then.
I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page.
What should I do to get through?
I would greatly appreciate it if could help me solve this problem as soon as possible.
Thank you so much.
