I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I've been wating for 5 business days now and one weekend to get my Apple Developer ID approved. This does delay the publishing of applications. Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

I am member of Apple Developer Program for 4 years. Normally, it is renewing at 27 February each year. This year it is not renewed and also I can not renew it manually. I tried it via Mac, IOS, Apple Developer App but none of them is working. There is no renew/cancel etc option. When I check app only it says you have a membership with a past date but click is not working. Need help urgently!

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.

Hi, I tried to sign up for the Developer Program 7 times, starting on January 5th. It's now been a month. I contacted customer support, they said to try enrolling through the Apple Developer App. I tried that, it asked me to do an identity verification, which I did, successfully. Then the "enroll" button on the app got grayed out and it says: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http:// developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I go to that link, I click "continue with your enrollment", I pay the $99, it goes through, I don't get charged anything, just a $0.00 authorization transaction, then get the "Order Acknowledgment" email, then nothing happens, it just goes nowhere. Please help. If there is anything I can do, or any more information I should supply for this to go through. I contacted support multiple times, but I don't get any response. My enrollment ID is DPTB3R8T2Z.

There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

I applied to the developer program under sole proprieter and received this notice: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I submitted two support requests to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet. I tried calling various numbers at Apple, but am unable to get in contact with the department whatsoever. Plus button is not showing to create a new identifier. Tried Windows+Firefox, Windows+Chrome, Mac+Chrome and Mac+Safari. With none of those combinations I've been able to see the button.

Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. Hello Apple Developer Support and Community, RE: #102631841612 I am currently stuck in App Store migration hell. My app’s migration has been blocked for over 14 days due to an error in our latest build and it was during a prolonged and delayed migration with Apple. I have requested 14 days now to pause the migration to allow us to upload a new build. This is ruining my brand and reputation. I'm at the hands of Apple support but this truly is unacceptable service. I need HELP. PAUSE the migration asap. I have emailed Apple support repeatedly for two weeks requesting a pause on the migration so I can update a new build, but no response so far. I’ve also tweeted, tagged Apple’s channels, and followed all official steps with no success. This delay is severely impacting my users and business, and I need an immediate resolution or a way to pause the migration so I can fix this error and get my app working again. Please, if anyone from Apple Developer Support or the community has advice, contact, or workaround to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it. Hi, I tried to apply Enroll in Apple Developer Program in the mobile app and I got this error: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us." Then I did contact Apple by phone as the error message says. I got the response as: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time." I am already shocked - so I asked what can I do? Answer - nothing. Is this normal to not get a response what's the reason that is blocking me to enroll the program ?
