Hello, I’m writing this here because I’m honestly stuck and unable to reach anyone through official support channels. Order Number: W1466057949 Order Date: 18/02/2026 Case ID: 102824542025 My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated. I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response. There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this. This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this properly, I would greatly appreciate guidance. Thank you.

Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on February 4, 2025, and uploaded the required documents on February 5, 2025. However, as of today (February 26, 2025), I have not received any update or response regarding my application. I have already sent two emails regarding this matter but have not received a reply. I would appreciate an update on my application status and any further actions required on my end to complete the process. How to reach apple support?

There does not seem to be a good area of this forum to post this, so i just post it. I joined the developer program, i made a payment of 99 US dollars, the money was sent from my bank account to Apple.Com, it said on my developers account that it could take up to 48 hours to get things registered and i would be all set to go with the developers account after that. Well, the money is still gone, and 1-2 hours after i made the payment my account now asks me to Join the program, just like before i joined and made the payment. This was two days ago so i sent a message to apple about this, still no answer from them so i dont feel very happy about this, no way in h*** i am going to make a new payment to try to join again when i already did join and did not ever got my money back. Anyone had any similar issues or know what i should do next ?

Hello, I am an Apple Developer and I have been unable to access my Apple ID for more than a week because of a verification code issue. Every time I try to sign in to my Apple ID or manage my banking information, I see this error message: “Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last verification code you received or try again later.” The problem is that I am not receiving any SMS verification codes at all, so I cannot enter any “last code”, and I cannot complete the sign-in process. I have already tried the following: Waited more than 24 hours without requesting new codes, several times. Tried signing in from different devices and networks. Confirmed that my phone number is active and can receive other SMS messages from different services. The issue persists and I am effectively locked out of my Apple ID. This is a critical problem for me because it directly affects my Apple Developer work: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect. I cannot add or edit my banking information. I cannot upload my app or submit it for review. I also do not have another phone number that I can add as a trusted phone number, so I cannot simply switch to a different number. I kindly ask for a concrete technical solution or manual intervention for my Apple ID, not just “wait 24 hours and try again”, because I have already done that multiple times and the error is still there. Could you please: check if there is a block or rate limit on verification codes for my account, and help reset it or provide another way to verify my identity and restore access to my Apple ID, or assist me with updating my trusted phone number after verifying my identity? This issue is blocking my ability to continue development and release of my app on the App Store, so I would really appreciate any escalation to the appropriate technical team. A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

Hi Team, Its been 4 weeks and still my enrollment is reflecting in pending status. I want to set up my application and to do it we have to enroll for the development to give access to the the tech team to configure the application. I am not able to find the contact us info to raise the issue.

I have updated my iPhone 15 pro max to 18.4 yesterday. Some apps are not connecting to internet and some apps are not loading. i have tried to turn off find my option so I could restore the phone to 18.3 but It stays on. Any solution to restore my phone back to 18.3 or an update fix?
