Guideline 3.2.1(viii): Loan app rejected — Product Page domains “not under my control” & Apple Account email domain requirement (App Store Connect metadata)
Hello Apple Developer Forums, My iOS app provides loan services and was rejected under Guideline 3.2.1(viii) with the following message: “The app provides loan services but the domains listed on the app’s Product Pages are not clearly under your control or ownership… Update the Product Page metadata to only include domains you both own and that are used as email domains for Apple Accounts registered to your developer account… Account Holder and Admin users should use emails with domains that identify the company providing loan services.” I’m trying to understand exactly what Apple expects and how to pass review. What I’ve already checked / updated I own a company domain (ikiela.org) and I can create emails on this domain Questions For loan apps, does Apple require that all Product Page fields (Support URL, Marketing URL, Privacy Policy URL, Support Email, etc.) use the same domain that matches the financial institution? What are the best practices to prove domain ownership/control (DNS, website content, legal pages, email domain setup, etc.) that typically satisfy App Review for Guideline 3.2.1(viii)? Context Thanks in advance for any help, especially from Apple staff or developers who have already resolved this rejection.

Enrollment options
I'm stuck with enrollment. Tried through the website 3 times weeks ago - still shows pending, wasn't charged, never received any confirmations. Tried through the app - the only option for identity verification I have is Driver's license (amazing), and mine is from a different country then my current residence. Tried uploading it anyway together with a residence permit - rejected. Tried contacting them - the only option I have is an email, they always reply like once every ~4 days, constantly changing people responding who lose the context of conversation, ask meaningless questions and give ridiculous advices like "check your internet connection". Imagine waiting a week for a response and then this new guy hits you with "Do you still wish to enroll?". $99/year for this premium experience. Is there any other way to get it?

Organization enrollment paused due to ID verification — best way to proceed after updating passport?
Hi, I’m trying to understand the correct process for Apple Developer Program organization enrollment when identity verification cannot be completed due to an outdated passport photo. Based on our last communication, I believe the enrollment was paused/declined because my passport photo didn’t match my current appearance (I’m assuming this because the last communication we had was specifically about my passport photo). I have since obtained a new passport with an updated photo. Timeline for context: • Jan 9: My enrollment was put on hold / could not proceed after ID verification. • Jan 12: I applied for a new passport with an updated photo. • After receiving the new passport, I followed up to provide the updated ID, but I’m not sure what the correct next step is in the enrollment workflow. Could you please advise the recommended way to proceed? • Should I submit a new organization enrollment, or can the existing one be re-opened/continued? I couldn’t find a way to resubmit/continue the existing enrollment from my side. • What is the proper channel to submit the updated ID again (for example, via the file-upload link or another path)? • If there is a standard escalation path for enrollment/verification cases, what is the best way to follow it? We’ve completed our testing and preparation on other platforms, but we haven’t been able to complete the iOS side due to this enrollment issue, which is blocking our overall product launch. I’m sure you’re handling a very high volume of enrollment requests from all over the world every day. Apple Developer Account Not Activated After One Month
We purchased an Apple Developer Program membership on 20th January, and even after nearly one month, the account is still not activated. The Apple Developer app continues to display “You will receive an email soon,” but we have not received any communication from Apple so far. This is a first-time subscription, and the prolonged activation delay is impacting our development and release timelines. We would appreciate clarification on the reason for this delay and guidance on the next steps.

How do I get access to the Accessory Setup Kit?
Hi! I would like to experiment with the Accessory Setup Kit, but I am not sure how I can add the required entitlement to my Apple Developer account. I added the following to the plist file: NSAccessorySetupKitSupports WiFi NSAccessorySetupWiFiSSIDPrefix test_ test And the following to the entitlements file: com.apple.developer.accessory-setup-kit But I am unable to build as my provisioning profile doesn't include "com.apple.developer.accessory-setup-kit entitlement". On the developer portal, I navigated to “Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles” > “Identifiers” > “”, but I don't see it under "Capabilities" or "App services", nor under requests. How do I configure my profile so that I am able to make use of this kit?

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved. Developer Program Renewal Button Missing - Cannot Renew Membership
I am unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership because the renewal button is completely missing from every platform and location where I've looked: Apple Developer website Apple Developer app on iPhone Apple Developer app on Mac Subscriptions settings I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps without success: Tried multiple devices Tested different browsers Cleared cache and cookies Signed out and back in Attempted private browsing mode The renewal button simply does not appear anywhere. Why This Cannot Be Self-Resolved: The self-service renewal system is broken or inaccessible Phone support is not available in my country Previous support emails have gone unanswered There is no alternative path forward available to me Impact: My apps are offline or at risk of removal I am losing users and revenue daily My membership is about to expire, making my development account inactive Important Context: This appears to be a widespread issue affecting developers globally, as documented across Reddit and Apple developer forums. Other developers who have access to phone support report the issue is resolved in under 15 minutes. However, that option does not exist for me due to regional limitations. I need assistance with a manual renewal process. This ticket requires escalation, as self-service options are completely unavailable to me. Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Developer Program Payment Taken but Account Still Pending – No Support Response
I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for the past two weeks, but I keep encountering different errors. Most of the time, I receive a 404 error page saying, “Something went wrong. Try again.” Three days ago, $100 was deducted from my bank account by Apple, but my developer account status still shows “Pending.” Apple states that “Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process,” but it has now been more than 48 hours and there has been no update. I have already: Sent an email to devpayment @apple.com with screenshots and full details (no response). Opened a case through Apple Developer Program Support and only received an automated reply saying, “Thank you for contacting us.” At this point, it feels like there is no real support available to resolve this issue. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it? Thank you.
