Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight. Thank you.

Hi team, I applied to the Apple Developer Program as a company and was finally approved after 4 weeks. However, the payment portal wouldn’t work (Apple confirmed the issue was on their end), and support advised me to use the Apple Developer app to complete payment. Unfortunately, the app does not allow enrolments for my account?, so I emailed support again (with a screenshot) — but haven’t heard back in over 24 hours. Today I tried the payment link again and it has now reset my enrollment entirely — it’s asking me to start over from scratch. This is incredibly frustrating, as we’re trying to launch our app and have already been waiting a month. I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Hello, We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited from one to seven days and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, I need help resolving an enrollment issue. When I log into my Apple Developer account on the website, I only see the message: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement.” After that, nothing else loads and I can’t continue. What I’ve tried: Paid the annual fee (it shows as charged). Logged in from iPhone (Developer app), Mac, Safari, and Chrome. Same error. Cleared cookies, tried private mode, and even changed my email. Contacted normal Apple Support (they couldn’t help). Tried to reach Developer Support but I can’t since I’m technically not enrolled. Other details: I can’t access App Store Connect. My Apple ID birthday is set to 15 October 2000. I’ve already accepted the Developer Agreement. Developer app shows an error whenever I try enrollment there. At this point, I’m stuck in a loop: Apple says I’ve already agreed, but my membership isn’t activated, and I can’t contact the right support channel.

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot
