What may be the reason for this issue, i'm not sure with that i've reached to developer support several times and also raised a ticket to operations team its been 3 weeks that my issue is not sorted or resolved yet, i can't understand what may be the reason for this issue, anyone faced the same if yes how its resolved??

I've asked to unblock it (iforgot.apple.com) but according to support the unblock sequence is not send because this Apple ID is in used.

I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it.
• When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup:
“Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.”
• My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases.
• In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account.
This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank).
I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence.
I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Hi,
I need to contact Apple developer support.
But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!).
I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid",
I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form.
The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps.
As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing.
To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation.
From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives.
We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required.

Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com/account website. The account will expire in 8 days. When clicking the "Renew Membership" button to proceed to the order details page, I filled in the required personal information and electronic invoice details as instructed. However, after clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button, the website became unresponsive. By checking the console logs, I noticed a 500 error occurred on the website.
Since we specifically require an electronic invoice, the Developer app cannot meet our needs. The account is nearing expiration. Could you please assist us by temporarily extending the account's expiration date? Your support would be greatly appreciated.

I have issue with apple configurator I have paire Apple TV with apple configurator after software updates but its not showing under devices in apple configurator
Why is it necessary that I have to reload all my personal apps developed by me for my use every year when I renew my Developer License? If I quit the program, anyone that bought my apps (if I had any) on the App Store would not lose the use of those apps. It should be the same for the apps I put on my devices when I am enrolled.

I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error.
I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability.

Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. If this was the reason for the decision, I would like the opportunity to correct the issue rather than face such a severe penalty.

I'm trying to add an Enterprise Apple account with the username and password of my developer account, which has worked once before. Now its giving me the following error:
"There was an error while trying to log in: No trusted devices or trusted phone numbers are configured for this account."
which doesn't make sense because the 2-Factor Auth works when I login to the website.
What am I missing? I think the only thing different is I'm using a different Macbook, but should that make a difference?
