Hi everyone,
My Apple Developer Program membership expired back in September 2025. I am trying to renew it now (February), but the "Renew" button is completely missing from the Account tab in the Apple Developer app.
I have already contacted Apple Support via email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet.
Here is what I have already tried:
Verifying I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID.
Logging out and logging back in within the app.
Checking the web portal, but it just tells me to use the app to renew.
Is there any way to force the renewal option to appear, or does support need to manually refresh my account status?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I’m enrolling a small studio (EU, Slovakia) and the portal has been stuck on “Your enrollment is being processed”. I’m currently blocked from shipping builds via App Store Connect, and the lack of any accept/reject decision is starting to impact day-to-day work and planning.
If an Apple Staff member can’t review the case details here, could you please route this to the enrollment verification team so they can provide a clear accept/reject decision on the passport photos already uploaded?
Actions completed:
Feb 3: Uploaded passport photos via the secure upload link following the requested photo requirements.
Feb 6: Replied from the correct Apple Account email as instructed.
Since Feb 6 there has been no confirmation whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected, and no next-step owner. I also submitted two separate support requests in the portal (email-only, no phone/chat option shown) and received no response.
Request:
Please confirm whether the passport photos are accepted or rejected.
If rejected, please specify the exact requirement that failed so I can re-upload correctly.
If accepted, please confirm the next step in the enrollment process.
I can provide the enrollment ID, case number, and full identifiers privately if needed.

Hi all,
I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled.
Context
Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization)
My role in App Store Connect: Admin
I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked.
The Account Holder can access CIP normally.
What I see (Problem)
In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get:
“Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.”
In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load.
Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not.
What we’ve tried / confirmed
Membership is active (renewal date is valid)
Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID
Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal
Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP
Questions
For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?
Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People?
If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?
Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?
I’m having an issue verifying a domain for a Merchant ID. I’m implementing Apple Pay on the web for a demo, and I’ve configured the Azure server to match Apple’s requirements for domain verification, such as the TLS configuration, not requiring client certificates, and ensuring there are no redirects.
I’ve run tests with OpenSSL and PowerShell and all responses return HTTP/1.1 200 OK. I also tested the URL Apple says it uses to validate the file under .well-known, and it does show the expected result.
I already have the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and the Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate approved; the only thing missing is the domain verification. I’m not sure what else to test—if you could help me with a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it. (The project is built in .NET 8 and hosted on Azure App Service.)

Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program and got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them.

Hello everyone,
I’m currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I received the message:
“Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.”
I contacted Apple Developer Program Support and received a case ID, but so far I haven’t received clear guidance on what specifically needs to be fixed or verified.
I’ve checked the following already:
Apple ID information matches my legal identity
Two-factor authentication is enabled
Payment method is valid
Address and country details are correct
I’ve noticed several similar reports in the forums and even blog posts describing long delays or no resolution, so I wanted to ask developers who experienced this:
Did your enrollment eventually get approved after waiting?
Did Apple ever explain the issue?
Is it better to wait for support to resolve the case, or create a new Apple ID and restart the enrollment process?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences or any steps that helped resolve this.
Thank you!
Hello,
I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program and the payment is visible in my Apple subscriptions as active.
However, when I open the Apple Developer app, I see the message:“Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.”
When I follow the link to enroll via the website, it asks me to pay again even though I have already been charged.
I have contacted support twice but haven’t received a response yet. It seems like my enrollment is stuck or not finalized.
Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. During the email verification step, I encountered a technical error: no verification code was sent to my email (I confirmed the email address was correct and checked all folders).
There was no "Resend" button available on the screen. After refreshing the page to try and fix the UI glitch, I was immediately blocked with the following error:
"Contact us to continue your enrollment.
You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us."
I have already opened a support ticket (Case ID: 102824565622), but since this is a time-sensitive corporate enrollment, I am looking for advice.
Any help from the community or an Apple representative would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Yoni

Hello, guys.
I am going through a situation in which an open validation appears in the system/developer mode and I would like to understand better if this is something normal in this process.
Could someone confirm if this type of validation is expected at this stage? I would also like to know what criteria I can observe to be sure that it is legitimate and that I can trust the activation.
Thank you in advance for your attention and help.
Thank you
I want to know about the time it takes to transition from an individual to an organization with Apple's Developer Program.
I received an email notifying me that the transition process would begin on February 2nd, 2026, and today, February 19th, 2026, everything still shows as being in progress without any changes.
So I want to know the maximum timeframe or how to know if they are actually completing this process.
I have sent two support emails, but received no response.

Hello! I got an email saying my payment information for the annual developer program subscription was incorrect. I updated it and the payment date went by and it still did not process correctly. It is now due mid-March. What should I change to make sure it goes through this time?
Hey all. I am new to this space and recently just purchased to become an Apple Developer. Is the review process for the developer application normally this long? Is there an expected time frame? Thanks!

I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program last Thursday (Feb 12) - no status update apart from a message I've seen others have thus processed payment:
Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.
I've reached out to support twice now, no luck. Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.
"Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
I know a lot here are also experiencing this slow and seemingly ignorance from the Apple team to solve this problem or of related issue. As a new guy to the Apple ecosystem and in development world, i thought it'll be a breeze but oh my pickle! I thought I'd lose my mind!
Tried through the website, on my mac and phone but nothing seems working. Paying online using my card is fine, but when it comes to paying the enrollment I don't get why I am having an (1) authorization issue , other case using another method prohibits me due to (2) no availability in my region, or that a (3)disabled "Enroll Now" list item via Developer App on iOS devices.
Support though mail is nonexistent and when in a call, albeit the support staff is polite, the responses I got are pretty vague and with no certainty ---- making me paranoid. Don't they see the time costing developers waiting for this simple stuff to be solved? Unbelievable :(

Hello,
I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program 1-Year Membership.
Order Number: W1626930340
Order Date: February 16, 2026
Amount Charged: THB 3,590
My bank account was successfully charged, and I received a payment confirmation email. However, when I checked my order status, it shows "Cancelled" and says the item was discontinued and no invoice will be sent.
I have not received any refund yet.
Could someone please help explain why this happened and how I can get my refund or resolve this issue?
Thank you very much.

I attempted to register with ADP from the developer app. After entering my driver's license, address, and name, a pop-up appeared stating “There may be an issue with your account.” Subsequently, the “Register Now” button for ADP within the app became inactive.
What could this account issue be? I would like to know how to proceed with registering with ADP.

Hey everyone,
Is anyone else seeing massive delays right now?
I submitted my app, Brew Routes, on February 5th and it has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over 13 days. No messages in the Resolution Center and no status changes.
I’m hesitant to reject and resubmit because I don't want to lose my spot in the queue.
Apple ID: 6758462674
Submitted: Feb 5, 2026
Status: Waiting for Review
Platform: iOS / Capacitor
Is it worth requesting an expedited review at this point, or are others seeing this same February backlog?
