Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations.
Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it:
Account was deprecated
We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store.
Thank you for any help.

Hi to whom it may concern,
My company has hired an outsource to help us in developing our mobile app. But the person haven't received any invitation email to create developer account for their email company domain.
The outsource company has checked with their infra team, either the invitation email was blocked, but it wasn't. Is there any solution for this?
as summary my current company is inviting an outsource that used their company email to create developer account. but the email hasn't reached their end.

Hi,
We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave.
We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role.
Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

Hi there
I have applied for Account migration from individual to organization on 30th April. It's been over a month and I am still yet to hear from them and it's still in process. Please speed up or let me know regular updates like how we get amazon delivery order tracking - at least add this please. Thank you!

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it
I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this.
Is this a known issue?
I work on an app that has the com.apple.developer.mail-client entitlement. We're interested in trying out Xcode Cloud, and one of the project and workspace requirements is to use automatic code signing. We do not do this at the moment because it's not compatible with the additional entitlement.
My understanding is that we can migrate to automatic code signing if we migrate the additional entitlement to a capability and that to accomplish this our account holder needs to submit a request (see the last section of that page).
We submitted the request a little over 3 weeks ago, but so far we haven't heard any updates. We also tried reaching out directly to the email address linked in the com.apple.developer.mail-client docs, but have not heard back.
We're now posting here to see if anyone can provide some guidance on whether there are other steps to complete or contacts to whom we should reach out. Thanks!
We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account.
According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances?
Environment:
Production environment
Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine)
Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior
My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts...
everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month.
The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting...
I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis .
oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding...
I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment.
Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team
what should I do?
I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing.
My situation:
Applied over 20 days ago
Resubmitted application once
Zero communication from Apple
No status updates or timeline provided
This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved?
I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my enrollment process. I initiated three payments on the following dates:
February 12, 2025: Payment attempted, received an “Order acknowledgment” email, but the amount wasn’t deducted.
February 19, 2025: Reattempted payment with the same outcome.
February 25, 2025: Tried again, and still no deduction from my account.
I’ve contacted support (Case ID: 102538526682), but haven’t received any response. This situation affects my production process, and I’m growing increasingly concerned.
Has anyone else faced and resolved successfully a similar problem, or does anyone have advice on how to escalate this issue for a quicker resolution?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,
We’re using the Apple WeatherKit API in our application and would like to better understand how the conditionCode field is determined in the hourly data.
In particular, we have encountered cases where both rain and strong winds occurred within the same hour, but the conditionCode returned was related to wind (e.g. windy), even though rain was present and more relevant to our use case.
Could you please clarify:
What is the logic or prioritization used by WeatherKit when selecting the conditionCode for an hourly period that includes multiple weather events?
Is rain ever prioritized over wind in this field? If so, under what conditions?
Since precipitation has more impact for our analyses and decision-making than wind, understanding how this field is computed is important for us.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything.
1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing...
Apple support suggests doing this on the app.
2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error"
Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario.
3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account.
Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario
4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address.
Again stuck in either the first or second scenario.
Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated?
Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request.
Many thanks.

I'm currently coding an application using Azure Entra External ID (B2C) with User Flows and multiple identity providers configured.
So far, I’ve successfully linked Microsoft, Google, and Facebook. However, when configuring Apple as an identity provider, the User Flow fails with the following error:
"invalid_request invalid web redirect url"
Following the Microsoft Learn guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/customers/how-to-apple-federation-customers), I completed the following:
Create an Apple application
Sign in to the Apple Developer Portal with your account credentials.
From the menu, select Certificates, IDs, & Profiles, and then select (+).
In the Register a New Identifier section, select App IDs, and then select Continue.
For Select a type, select App, and then select Continue.
To Register your App ID:
Enter a Description.
Enter the Bundle ID, such as com.contoso.azure-ad. Explicit naming such as com.myappdomain.myappname recommended.
For Capabilities, select Sign in with Apple from the capabilities list.
Take note of your Team ID (App ID Prefix) from this step. You'll need it later.
Select Continue and then Register.
From the menu, select Certificates, IDs, & Profiles, and then select (+).
In the Register a new identifier section, select Services IDs, and then select Continue.
In Register a Services ID:
Enter a Description. The description is shown to the user on the consent screen.
Enter the Identifier, such as com.contoso.entra-service. Explicit naming such as com.myappdomain.myappname.service is recommended. Take note of your Service ID identifier. The identifier is your Client ID.
Select Continue, and then select Register.
From Identifiers, select the Service ID identifier you created.
Select Sign In with Apple, and then select Configure.
Select the Primary App ID you want to configure Sign in with Apple with.
In Domains and Subdomains, enter the following by replacing
with your tenant ID or your primary domain name, and
with your tenant name. All characters should be in lower-case. As an example:
.ciamlogin.com
.ciamlogin.com
In Return URLs, enter the following by replacing with your tenant ID or your primary domain name, and with your tenant name. All characters should be in lower-case.
As an example:
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
https://.ciamlogin.com//federation/oauth2
Select Next, and then select Done.
When the pop-up window is closed, select Continue, and then select Save.
Create an Apple client secret
From the Apple Developer portal menu, select Keys, and then select (+).
To Register a New Key:
Type a Key Name.
Select Sign in with Apple, and then select Configure.
For the Primary App ID, select the app you created previously, and then select Save.
Select Continue, and then select Register to finish the key registration process.
Take note of the Key ID. This key is required when you configure the identity provider.
To Download Your Key, select Download to download the .p8 file that contains your key.
Select Done.
Configure Apple federation in Microsoft Entra External ID
After you create the Apple app, in this step you set the Apple app details in Microsoft Entra External ID. You can use the Microsoft Entra admin center to do so. To configure Apple federation in the Microsoft Entra admin center, follow these steps:
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Browse to Entra ID > External Identities > All identity providers.
Under the Built-in tab, select Apple.
The Name Apple is autopopulated. It cannot be changed.
Enter the following details:
Client (Apple service) ID: The client ID of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Apple developer team ID: The Apple developer team ID related to the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Key ID: The key ID of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Client secret (.p8) key: The client secret key of the Apple application you created in the previous step.
Select Save. You’ll see Apple listed as a configured identity provider.
Add Apple identity provider to a user flow
At this point, the Apple identity provider has been set up in your Microsoft Entra External ID, but it's not yet available in any of the sign-in pages. To add the Apple identity provider to a user flow:
In your customer tenant, browse to Entra ID > External Identities > User flows.
Select the user flow where you want to add the Apple identity provider.
Under Settings, select Identity providers.
Under Other Identity Providers, select Apple.
Select Save.
❌ The Issue
After completing all steps, Apple still fails during sign-in, while the other providers work correctly.
The error message I receive is:
"invalid_request invalid web redirect url"
Request for Help
I'm unsure where the misconfiguration may lie — whether it's with:
The Return URLs entered in the Apple Developer portal,
The Client ID or other fields in the Entra portal,
Or something else I’ve overlooked.
If anyone has successfully configured Apple ID federation with Azure Entra External ID (B2C) and encountered this error, I'd really appreciate any insights or suggestions.
Thank you!
I can't create a developer account.
Setting to admin role does not work, follow the invite and then verify email, after that get shown a phone prompt, used every number I have that has SMS, or tried callbacks...

Hi everyone,
My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month.
I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail.
In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot).
I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue?
If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available?
I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options.
If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live.
Thanks in advance!
My developer account pending for more that 4 days.
When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message:
Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.
I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple.
Could anyone help to solve this problem?
