Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

After the payment, I received this email:"Thank you for joining the Apple Developer Program. You can now take advantage of membership benefits to create and distribute innovative apps. Learn how to get started. To manage your account, sign in to Member Center."If I sign in to Member Center, I am sent to https://developer.apple.com/register/error/"You've already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to Member Center or sign out"."Continue to Member Center" gives the same pages, I can only sign out.What's the matter?

I Keep getting this error if I try to enroll in the developer program, why is this? Please tell me how to fix this of why this is happening!

Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?

My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere.All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I made a developer account. I uploaded a photo id, it notified me that it will take 2 business days to get verified, but it has been already 2 weeks. What to do?

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer.What is happening Apple?

So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column.So then how can I review and accept it?

Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. After I accept the terms in and press the next button during the Apple Developer enrollment registration process as an individual I receive the following error message: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." How can I resolve this issue?

Hi There, I´m From Spain with an LLC Company in the USA. Is a Disregarded company, the problem is that when I try to set up the paid apps agreement, Apple display the form W-9 instead of Form W8-BEN (that is for non-us resident) My question is... is this right? Under the name of my company, appear an option that ask me ... "Who is the Beneficial Owner? " You can choose between : Individual, Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity, Limited Liability - Partnership, Other... I choose Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity I m not sure if the form W-9 is the right for me because my other online business is about selling books on amazon and there the form that I m using is W8-BEN

I have applied for Developer membership card and filled all the details including credit card details. After completion it has asked to wait till 48 hours. It's been more then 48 hours and i still haven't got any response , neither i was charged for membership fee. I am not sure what am i supposed to do in this case now.

I can't create a developer account. Every time I try to enroll they tell me: you cant enroll at this time.

I am trying to make payment of $99 towards purchase of developer account through credit card but the transaction was not processed. Kindly provide the alternate payment options.
