Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

Hey guysI’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment for about a week and still no luck. As well as I got from a small talk with the customer support – Apple never got my money. So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. But I don’t know what’s really going on.Have any of you ever had issues like that?Or maybe you just know what’s going on and how to fix it?
Здравствуйте.
Подскажите пожалуйста, кто решил данную проблему?
Спасибо.
Hello i tried to enroll for Apple developer program but i got that messageYour enrollment could not be completed."Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."And i am not able to proceed further. Thanks
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.
I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!

Hello,
I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable.
First payment
I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time).
The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt.
• Order ID: W1557478965
• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Despite this, my account continued to show:
• “Purchase your membership”
• Enrollment status: Pending
• No access to App Store Connect
After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side.
Second payment
Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure.
• Order ID: W1694587309
• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Current situation
At this point:
• Two separate payments
• Two unique Apple Store order IDs
• Zero activation
• Zero response from Apple Support
• Enrollment still Pending
• App Store Connect still inaccessible
Support case details:
• Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427
• Multiple follow-ups sent
• No reply
• No action taken
This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure.
I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support.
I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to:
1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership
2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification)
3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response
If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation.
This situation should not happen in a paid developer program.
Thank you.

Hi everyone!
Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account.
Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred".
Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow.
To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue.
I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day.
I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution.
Well, I wake up this morning to the following email:
And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED:
I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account?
I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them.
One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it?
I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved.
I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? If so, how long did it take for your account to get approved?
Would appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.

I have had this notice for a while: Registration is being processed for these devices. They may become available for development and ad hoc distribution in 24 to 72 hours. Changes to device availability will appear in the Status column.
The status for my new iPhone has been stuck in this "Processing" state. See image:
Body:
I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the Apple Developer Program enrollment process specifically affecting developers in India, along with significant concerns about Apple's support responsiveness in this region.
Issue Summary:
I have been attempting to enroll in the paid Apple Developer Program ($99/year) using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone for the past 4 days. Every enrollment attempt results in the following errors:
"Unknown Error - Please try again"
"Invalid Request - Service mapping to the requested URL is not available"
My Setup (All Verified Correct):
Apple ID Region: India
Trusted Phone Number: +91 (India country code, matching my Apple ID region)
Two-Factor Authentication: Enabled (genuine 2FA, not two-step verification)
2FA Devices: iPhone, MacBook Pro devices, and trusted phone number all verified
Account Information: Legal name, address, date of birth, and email all updated and verified on account.apple.com
Device: iPhone 17 Pro running latest iOS
Troubleshooting Attempted:
I have completed every troubleshooting step suggested by the community and by Apple Support myself:
✅ Verified genuine Two-Factor Authentication is enabled
✅ Confirmed Apple ID region matches trusted phone number region (+91)
✅ Updated all personal information (legal name, address, email) on account.apple.com
✅ Force restarted iPhone multiple times
✅ Uninstalled and reinstalled Apple Developer app
✅ Signed out and signed back in with correct Apple ID
✅ Tested on both WiFi and cellular data
✅ Waited 48+ hours between attempts
None of these steps resolved the issue.
Support Response Issues:
This is where my frustration peaks. I have attempted to contact Apple Support multiple ways:
Phone Support: Shows "Phone support is currently unavailable" (though it was available last week)
Email Support: Submitted via developer.apple.com/support → No response for 4 days
Previous Contact: Had contacted support last week, but the troubleshooting steps provided did not resolve the issue
Current Status: No follow-up communication or resolution path from Apple
Known Issue in India - Why This Matters:
I have researched this extensively and found multiple threads in this forum (dating back months) with developers in India reporting identical errors during enrollment. To date, I have not found a single resolved thread with a working solution. This indicates:
This is a documented, recurring issue affecting Indian developers specifically
Apple appears to have backend infrastructure issues specific to India
Support has not provided a resolution path despite multiple reports
The Real Problem:
Apple's Developer Program enrollment system appears to have specific bugs or limitations that prevent developers in India from successfully enrolling, yet:
Support responsiveness is severely lacking
There is no documented workaround or known resolution
The support team seems unaware of or unprepared to handle this region-specific issue
My Request:
Acknowledgement from Apple that this is a known issue affecting India-based developers
A concrete resolution path (whether manual backend enablement, account review, or system fix)
Expected timeline for resolution:
Improved support responsiveness - Developers deserve answers, not silence
Additional Context:
I am ready to provide screen recordings of the exact error
I have all the necessary documentation (identity verification, address proof, etc.)
I am willing to complete any additional verification steps
I simply need clear communication and a path forward
I have been developing for iOS and want to contribute to the Apple ecosystem. However, this enrollment barrier is preventing me from doing so. Apple's support infrastructure for India needs improvement, and this issue needs attention.
If any Apple team member is monitoring this forum, please escalate this issue. Indian developers deserve better support and communication.

Developer Program
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership.
About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject:
We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx
That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully.
However, up to now:
I have not received any membership confirmation email
The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID
It is not active in the Apple Developer app
On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased:
“Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today”
I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes.
Has anyone else encountered this situation?
Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated?
Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point?
Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.
Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?
My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere. All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled.
Context
Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization)
My role in App Store Connect: Admin
I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked.
The Account Holder can access CIP normally.
What I see (Problem)
In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.”
In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load.
Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not.
What we’ve tried / confirmed
Membership is active (renewal date is valid)
Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID
Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal
Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP
Questions
For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?
Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People?
If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

I paid for the developer account subscription on November 9, and as of now, the status is still pending.
I’ve already contacted the support center for help more than three days ago, but I haven’t received any reply or even an acknowledgment email.
How do they even operate? The delay is completely unreasonable.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Hi There,
I´m From Spain with an LLC Company in the USA.
Is a Disregarded company, the problem is that when I try to set up the paid apps agreement, Apple display the form W-9 instead of Form W8-BEN (that is for non-us resident)
My question is... is this right?
Under the name of my company, appear an option that ask me ...
"Who is the Beneficial Owner? "
You can choose between : Individual, Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity, Limited Liability - Partnership, Other...
I choose Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity
I m not sure if the form W-9 is the right for me because my other online business is about selling books on amazon and there the form that I m using is W8-BEN
I Keep getting this error if I try to enroll in the developer program, why is this? Please tell me how to fix this of why this is happening!
I have applied for Developer membership card and filled all the details including credit card details. After completion it has asked to wait till 48 hours. It's been more then 48 hours and i still haven't got any response , neither i was charged for membership fee. I am not sure what am i supposed to do in this case now.
