Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

I created an apple development certificate using an api key. When the certificate was created and I want to revoke the certificate but revoke button and download button is not there. I am an Admin in that account. Not sure how to fix this

A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Hello everyone, I'm looking for information on Apple's average response time for accessing the developer program. It seems to me that my application has been pending for approximately two weeks and I have not received any updates on the status of my process.

I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. How can I complete my enrollment? When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. So i have an LLC for my developer account and want my developer yearly cost to go the company credit card. Though when i attempt to setup auto-renew, it take me to personal apple account in forms me that these changes will affect my personal iCloud account. How can i make these seperate.

I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response?
