Frequent System Reboots (bug_type 210) on MacBook Pro with M4 Pro during Emulation Development
Environment: Device: MacBook Pro (Mac16,7) Chip: M4 Pro (SoC ID 6040, Revision 11) OS: macOS 15.2 (24C101) Kernel: Darwin Kernel Version 24.2.0; root:xnu-11215.61.5~2/RELEASE_ARM64_T6041 Summary: I am developing a Windows emulator on the MacBook Pro M4 Pro platform. During testing with certain applications, the system frequently triggers an instantaneous reboot. This issue appears to be highly specific to the M4 Pro hardware and current OS version. Observation & Diagnostic Challenges: Upon reboot, the system generates a bug_type 210 (SoC Watchdog Reset) report. The panic string indicates: "Unexpected SoC (system) watchdog reset occurred after panic diagnostics were completed". The primary difficulty in debugging is that the hardware reset happens so rapidly that the kernel fails to capture a stackshot or any detailed panic trace. We have practically no actionable information from the standard diagnostic reports. However, we did find the following recurring entries in the system log prior to the resets: Ignored NI0 NI0 niGeneral 1 NO_ACCESS error (0x00000010) cmd/st:0x14(ncrdincr)... srcchildid/srcparentid:0x8ea/0x1d Comparison & Testing: We have performed extensive cross-version and cross-device testing to isolate the cause: M1/M2 Series: Identical tests on M1 and M2 devices running macOS 15 do not trigger this issue. The applications run stably. OS Versions: Interestingly, this issue seems significantly harder to reproduce on newer system builds (e.g., version 26 series), suggesting it might be a regression or a specific incompatibility in the current macOS 15.2 environment for M4 Pro. Request for Assistance: Since we cannot collect stack traces through conventional means, we are seeking your expertise: Known Issues: Has Apple received similar reports from other developers working on low-level emulation or virtualization on M4 Pro? Is this a known issue in macOS 15.2 / build 24C101? Debugging Guidance: Given that the system reboots without leaving a stackshot, what are the recommended methods to capture more granular data? Are there specific boot-args or instrumentation tools that can help log the state of the SoC fabric (NI0) before the watchdog kicks in? Architectural Insights: Based on the NI0 NO_ACCESS error and srcchildid: 0x8ea, could you suggest which subsystem or memory operation we should investigate further?

Big suggestion for the improvements to “Filter unknown calls”:
Hi, I have a big suggestion for the next update! My suggestion is to upgrade the call filtering system : - “Block suspicious calls” It automatically block numbers that are likely to be unwanted or spam. These calls should not ring, should not appear in the call history, and should be silently discarded. - “Block unknown callers/hidden numbers” Instead of receiving a call from a hidden or unknown caller and seeing it appear in the missed calls list, the call should be completely blocked and not recorded at all, no notification, no sight of call. - “Filter numbers that are not from contacts” If the same unknown number calls too frequently within a week and the user never answers (for example 10 times per day, or 5 times per day if considered suspicious or too much spam in a little time), the iPhone should automatically block this number. The device would display a message such as: “This number has called too many times and has been automatically blocked for 3 day(or 1 week).” The block could also apply to the entire IP range or source associated with the unknown caller. It is very helpful for most of unwanted calls.

App Preview rejected for “framing” but screenshots appear full screen. What could Apple mean?
Hello, My app update was rejected under Guideline 2.3.4 (Accurate Metadata) with the note that the app preview includes “framing around the video screen capture.” Apple attached four images to the review. I reviewed them carefully, and they appear to show full screen gameplay without borders or visible background. I am attaching two of those images here for reference. I am trying to understand what Apple might be interpreting as “framing” in this case. Has anyone encountered a similar rejection where the preview looked full screen but was still flagged? Any insight into what reviewers typically expect or what subtle issues might trigger this would be very helpful. Thank you.

Regarding renewal of annual app registration fees
I've requested app development and am currently publishing it, but I can't contact the app development company and am unable to pay the annual fee to Apple. I don't know my registered account, so what should I do? I contacted Apple Japan, but they only handle personal inquiries and cannot handle business app development requests, so they suggested I post a question on this website. Thank you in advance.

Enrollment pending since Jan 17 even after submitting additional documents
I applied to the Apple Developer Program on Jan 17 and my enrollment showed pending for several days. I eventually contacted support on the 27th and they told me they needed additional documentation and sent me a link to upload and asked me to email them once I've done so, so that they can get it reviewed quickly. On Jan 27, I uploaded the documents they requested and sent the email confirming they've been uploaded as was requested. After several days, it still says "pending". I spoke with support today and they said they have the documents and there's nothing for me to do other than wait for them to be reviewed and this "could take months". I'm in the process of purchasing a business and need this account so that they can transfer me the mobile app. My due diligence period is ending within a few days and need clarity on this approval asap. Has anyone else experienced these types of delays or know how to get the review completed? Enrollment ID: 7P992248Q5 Case ID: 102811401305

Apple Developer Enrollment Pending Since Jan 31 – No Response from Support
I applied for the Apple Developer Program on January 31, 2026, and as of today (February 5, 2026), my enrollment is still showing as Pending. The payment was completed successfully at the time of application. Since then: I have not received any requests for additional documents or verification. I have contacted Apple Developer Support twice, but have not received any response so far. I understand processing times can vary, but the lack of response from support is concerning. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there any recommended escalation path or alternative way to reach the Developer Support team? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as this delay is impacting my app release timeline. Thank you.

Enrollment Pending Past Deadline – Case ID: 102818925571 – Blocking Distribution
I’m seeking guidance on how to move an enrollment forward that has stalled. I submitted my application for the Apple Developer Program on Feb-2, and the 48-hour processing window has now passed. have already reached out via the formal support channel but have not received a response beyond the automated acknowledgment. This delay is currently blocking the scheduled distribution of a macOS application and impacting our development timeline.

App Switcher briefly flashes or disappears on iPadOS 26.0.1
I’m experiencing a strange issue with the App Switcher on my iPad. When I swipe up from the bottom to open the App Switcher, the apps that should be running sometimes don’t appear — they briefly flash for a split second and then disappear. The App Switcher itself stays open, but it shows no app cards. Here are some details: Device: iPad Pro (11-inch, 2nd generation) iPadOS version: 26.0.1 Reproducibility: Happens intermittently Steps to reproduce: Open several apps. Swipe up from the bottom and pause to show the App Switcher. Sometimes, the app cards flash for a moment and then disappear, leaving the App Switcher empty. Expected behavior: The App Switcher should display all running apps consistently. Actual behavior: The App Switcher appears, but the app cards briefly flash and disappear, leaving a blank screen. I’ve seen a few similar reports on the Apple Support Community, but I’m not sure if this is a known issue in iPadOS 26.0.1. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any confirmations or workarounds would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Iphone 14 iOS 26
My iphone glitched and turned off and would not turn back on. I have already tried force restart by charging it and everything but it stays as a black screen even though my phone vibrates and everything.

Apple Support are you even here?
I’m creating a new post because the situation has gone far beyond reasonable. My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” status for almost a month. During this time, I have sent around 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. Result: ZERO REPLISES. NO EXPLANATIONS NO UPDATES. NO HELP. If you are experiencing the same issue — or have faced it before — please leave a comment or upvote this thread so it gets visibility. At this point, this seems to be the only way to get Apple’s attention. Apple, this situation needs to be addressed.

iPhones/iPads unable to connect to ClearPass Captive portals - Issue affecting only Meraki APs with FortiGates
Hi Team, Looking for an answer, if it's just us or a widespread issue. Since Sept, our clients Apple devices can't load a Captive Portal on Apple devices. Client wants the CNA to pop up and I can't get it to happen! Android and Windows devices all work correctly with their respective popups, but CNA will not work. No changes done on our side and after multiple tshoots and getting vendors to take multiple PCAPs found, Apple devices are not initiating a HTTP GET request as per Meraki >> https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/MR_Splash_Page/Splash_Page_Traffic_Flow_and_Troubleshooting The work around is to force a HTTP GET request by manually going into the browser and initiate a http site (we tried 1.1.1.1, also tried other public HTTP sites and it works) and that redirects to our Captive Portal page.
